Personal Information Collection Statement

This Personal Information Collection Statement is given under Data Protection Principle 1(3) of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). It applies whenever we ask for your personal data on this website: at checkout, when you create an account, and in our contact and withdrawal forms.

Purposes

We collect your name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing address, and the content of any message you send, in order to:

• process, pay for, pack and deliver your order;
• send you order, dispatch and refund emails;
• handle returns, withdrawals, refunds and questions;
• keep the accounting records the law requires; and
• prevent payment fraud.

Is it voluntary?

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. If you do not provide them, we cannot accept, deliver or support your order or answer your message. All other fields are optional.

Who may receive your data

Your personal data may be transferred to the following classes of people, only for the purposes above:

• our payment service provider;
• postal and courier companies and the customs authorities of your country (for your parcel);
• our website hosting and email service providers;
• professional advisers, and government or regulatory bodies where the law requires it.

Some of them are outside Hong Kong. We do not sell your data and do not use it for direct marketing.

Access and correction

You have the right to request access to, and correction of, your personal data held by us.
