The system
What is a module?
A module (1U) is a 48 mm square. Every IRIDAVO piece measures a whole number of modules, minus 2 mm so neighbours keep a small gap. A Grid Tray 2×1 is 94 × 46 mm; two Pen Cups side by side take the same space. Desk mats are cut to module multiples too, so a row of pieces lines up with the mat edge.
Do the pieces lock together?
No. They sit flush next to each other and stay put with silicone dots, felt or rubber underneath. If you want a row that never drifts, put it on a Base Rail 8×1 or a Grid Felt Desk Mat, which has the 48 mm grid printed on it.
Do any products need power?
No. We do not sell anything with a plug, battery, cable, light or charging coil. Stands such as the Phone Stand 1×2 have a cable pass-through, so you can use your own charging cable, but no cable is included.
What are the finishes?
Aluminium pieces come in Graphite (black anodised) or Silver (natural anodised). Felt comes in Charcoal or Fog. Oak pieces are natural oiled oak, and some oak pieces have Graphite or Silver aluminium parts. Each product page lists the finishes it is available in.
Is the felt wool?
Our pressed felt is 80% wool and 20% polyester; the desk mats are merino wool felt with a natural rubber underside. The exact material of each product is in its specification table.
Orders and payment
Which currency will I pay in?
The one you choose in the header (USD, EUR, GBP, DKK or SEK). The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged to your card. Your bank may apply its own fee if your card is in a different currency.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your card is charged when you place the order.
What will appear on my card statement?
IRIDAVO.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it is dispatched (usually 1–3 business days). Email support@iridavo.shop with your order number. Cancelling before dispatch is free and refunded in full.
Do you offer discounts or sell to businesses?
We do not run discount codes at the moment, and we sell to consumers only, at the prices shown.
Delivery and returns
Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
From Hong Kong. Standard tracked delivery takes 6–12 business days after dispatch, Express 3–6 business days. See Delivery & import charges.
Will I pay import charges?
Possibly. Your parcel is imported into your country, and import tax, duty or a carrier fee may be charged on delivery. These are not included in our prices. In the EU, import tax applies to every parcel. The delivery page has details by region.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items. If you live in the EU, UK or EEA, your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies as well, with the conditions described on the returns page. Contact us first and we send the return address.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Email us a photo and your order number. We pay for the return and send a replacement or a full refund, as you prefer.
Fit
Will my laptop fit the stand or sleeve?
Check the measurements, not just the screen size. Every product page gives the fit, and our fit guide lists interior sleeve sizes and stand limits. If you are close to a limit, send us your laptop model and we will check.
How much weight can a monitor shelf take?
Monitor Shelf 45: up to 12 kg. Monitor Shelf 60: up to 20 kg. Monitor Shelf 80: up to 25 kg. Loads should be spread evenly across the top.
