Who we are

This website, iridavo.shop, is operated by Yoho Hong Kong Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, trading as IRIDAVO (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to every order placed on this website by consumers. Please read them, together with our delivery, returns and privacy pages, before you order.

Products and descriptions

We sell desk accessories with no electrical or electronic parts. Each product page states the dimensions, weight, materials, what the product fits or holds, and any load limit. Photographs show the product as accurately as we can; colours vary slightly between screens. Scene photographs may include items such as laptops, monitors, pens or other modules that are not part of the product and are sold separately or not sold by us.

Prices and currency

Products are priced in US dollars. If you choose another currency (EUR, GBP, DKK or SEK), we convert prices at fixed exchange rates that we set and update from time to time, and we round them. The currency and amount shown at checkout are the currency and amount we charge.
Hong Kong does not levy sales tax, so none is added. Prices include all taxes we are required to charge. Import taxes, duties and carrier fees in your country are not included and are your responsibility (see Delivery & import charges).
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
If we make an obvious pricing error, we will tell you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

How the contract is made

You add products to the cart, enter your details, choose a shipping method, and review the order summary.
When you click Place order and pay, you make a binding offer to buy the products and authorise the payment.
We send an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order; the contract is concluded when we send it.
If we cannot accept your order (for example, a product is out of stock or we cannot ship to your address), we tell you and refund any payment in full within 14 days.

The contract is concluded in English. Translations of this website are provided for convenience; where they differ, the English version prevails, without affecting any mandatory consumer right you have under the law of your country. We keep a copy of your order, and you can see it in your account or in the confirmation email.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your card is charged when you place the order. Payments are processed by a PCI DSS-compliant payment provider over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card number. Your card statement will show IRIDAVO.

Delivery

We ship from Hong Kong to the countries listed on our delivery page, normally dispatching within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates. If we have not delivered within 30 days of the contract, or a later date we agreed, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Cancellation, returns and withdrawal

You can cancel free of charge until the order is dispatched. After delivery, our 30-day returns promise applies, and if you live in the EU, the UK or the EEA you also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. Both are explained on our returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Your rights under Hong Kong law

Under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), goods we sell must:

match the description we gave them;
be of merchantable quality; and
be fit for any particular purpose you made known to us before buying.

If they are not, you may reject them and claim a refund, or claim damages. Under the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71), we cannot exclude or limit these obligations when selling to a consumer, and nothing on this site attempts to.

If you live outside Hong Kong, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence also apply to you. In the EU this includes a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses (our products are sold for private use). Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Please follow the load limits and fit information on each product page.

Promotions

We are not running any promotions, discount codes or trials. If we do in future, their conditions will be shown next to the offer and at checkout.

If something goes wrong

If we cannot resolve it and you are in Hong Kong, the Consumer Council offers a free complaint and conciliation service. The Consumer Council is not a regulator and cannot make binding decisions. For claims up to HK$75,000 you may also use the Small Claims Tribunal, which is designed to be used without a lawyer.

If you live outside Hong Kong, you can contact the consumer advice body in your own country, and the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply to you.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

The Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects your right, as a consumer, to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you are resident, or to rely on mandatory consumer-protection rules of that country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
